Todd Germana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Strategy & Development at Signature Bank, N.A. since June 2019, Todd has previously held significant roles such as Director of Information Technology at Findley and Systems Administrator/Developer at Digital Horizons, Inc. Todd's leadership in community athletics is demonstrated through the role of Race Director for Churchill's Half Marathon and the ProMedica 5k to End Hunger, where innovative course redesigns led to a significant increase in participation.
