Drew Guingrich

Drew Guingrich is a skilled construction professional currently serving as a Construction Superintendent at Signature Construction LLC (A Pedcor Company) since July 2023. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Drew previously held superintendent positions at Carmel Partners and Signature Construction LLC, where responsibilities included managing complex projects such as a $70 million, 283-unit apartment complex and a $35 million, 216-unit garden-style apartment complex.
