Michele Segres

Michele Segres is an experienced Instructional Systems Designer at Hendall Inc. since April 2016, specializing in the application of ADDIE principles to define instructional needs. Additionally, Michele serves as a Training Facilitator at Signature Consulting Group since September 2013, overseeing the development and management of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) Survey and Certification Surveyor courses, along with other adult learning events. Prior roles include Training Facilitator positions at ICP Systems LLC and CRGT Inc., where similar responsibilities were carried out. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Morgan State University and a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from Baltimore International College.
