Maecia Moura

Maecia Moura is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the dental and media industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Arizona West & New Mexico at Signature Dental Partners since January 2022, Maecia has previously held roles in practice operations at Absolute Dental and as a Media Consultant II at Cox Media. Additional experience includes managing multiple sites and training affiliates at American Dental Partners and directing operations at CNS Inc. Maecia holds a Master's degree in Applied Leadership and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management from the University of Arizona.
