Jim Carew

Jim Carew is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the flooring and design solutions industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for the Western US at Signature Flooring since July 2019, Jim focuses on flooring design solutions for the Hospitality, Senior Living, and Commercial sectors. Previously, Jim held the position of Division Sales Manager at Arc-Com, where leadership was directed toward fabric and wall covering solutions for commercial interiors. With a long tenure at Shaw Industries as Regional Vice President, Jim specialized in commercial flooring solutions across multiple sectors, including Corporate and Healthcare. Prior experience encompasses roles at Interface and Tandus, where Jim managed national account activities and specialized in sales and marketing. Jim's education includes studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1997 to 1998.
