Meghraj Bothra

Meghraj Bothra is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on May 31, 2022. He has been admitted as a fellow at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since November 13, 2011. Further, he has been admitted as an associate member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India since February 29, 2012. He was previously associated with Digispice Technologies Limited as vice-president in secretarial and compliances function for a period of over 14 years. Further, he was previously worked with DCM Sriram Consolidated Limited over 11 years, and was also associated with Dhanuka Pesticides Limited as an assistant company secretary for a period of over three years.
