Kathy Gibbons has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Kathy is currently working as a Sales Account Executive at Signature Group Events, where they collaborate closely with clients to develop high-impact gift events. Prior to this, Kathy was a Manager, Incentives & Engagement at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc., where they demonstrated their expertise in managing incentives and engagement programs. Kathy also served as a Sr. Incentive Destination and Experience Design Consultant at the same company. Before that, Kathy worked at Creative Group, Inc. as an Experience Design Manager and an Account Manager for several years. Kathy gained significant experience as a Senior Client Services Account Manager at Atlanta Arrangements / Global Event Partners. Additionally, Kathy worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they held roles such as Corporate Meetings and Travel Planner and Executive Assistant - Airport and Local Corporate Business.

Kathy Gibbons, CIS, holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from American University - Kogod School of Business. Kathy completed their bachelor's degree program from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration from LakeLand Junior College, studying from 1987 to 1989. In August 2018, they received a certification as a Certified Incentive Specialist from SITE.
