Kate Blake

Kate Blake possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce development, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at Signature Health, Inc. since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing a team and recruiting for managerial and specialized positions while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Kate held positions at Sherwin-Williams, executing full life-cycle recruiting for various programs, and Transamerica, where management of a Corporate Intern Program was key. Earlier experience includes coordinating career services at Hawkeye Community College and supporting youth employment programs. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Postsecondary Education: Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Spanish from the University of Northern Iowa.
