Shayna Jackson

Shayna Jackson currently serves as the Chief Behavioral Health Officer at Signature Health, Inc., a position held since September 2024, responsible for delivering effective behavioral health services aligned with the organization's mission. Prior to this role, Shayna was the President and Chief Executive Officer at New Directions – Cleveland from January 2023 to September 2024 and held similar leadership roles at Crossroads Health Ohio from June 2015 to September 2024, where oversight of clinical services for adults with mental illness and substance use disorders was a primary responsibility. Shayna also contributed to academic services as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Youngstown State University from August 2013 to February 2018, focusing on community organizing and nonprofit leadership.
