Bradley Pickel

Bradley Pickel is an experienced professional with a strong background in workforce management and emergency care. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Specialist at Signature HealthCARE since February 2022, Bradley previously held the position of Senior Specialist in the Hero Care Division at the American Red Cross, where empathetic support was provided to military personnel, families, and veterans. Prior to these roles, Bradley worked as a Team Leader at Sykes Enterprises, overseeing recruitment and managing teams of 30-50 agents. Bradley is also the former owner of ASAP Home Exteriors. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Software and Media Applications from ITT Technical Institute.
