Kathy Montgomery

Kathy Montgomery has over 20 years of work experience. Kathy started their career in 1993 as a Medical Surgical Clinical Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College. Kathy then worked as a Director of Nurses at Beverly Enterprises from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 to 2004, they served as the Regional Director of Clinical Services at Life Care Centers of America. Following that, they worked as an Independent Consultative Services provider from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they were the District Director of Clinical Operations at Kindred Health Care, overseeing multi-facility clinical systems and providing leadership and organizational development. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Clinical Implementation Consultant at Kindred Healthcare, focusing on the creation and development of electronic medical records. Since 2013, they have been serving as the Director of Clinical Projects at Signature Healthcare.

Kathy Montgomery holds a Bachelors in Nursing from Ball State University, which they completed from 1979 to 1983. Kathy also obtained a Master of Business in Health Care Administration, specializing in MBA/HCM, from Western Governors University, completing it from 2008 to 2010.
