Morgan Cothron

Morgan Cothron has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare and senior living industries. Morgan started their career in 2012 as a Direct Service Provider at Breakthrough Corporation. In 2013, they worked as a Practicum Student at LVTEC Birth-to-Three and later as a Recreation Therapy Intern and Certified Recreation Therapist at TriStar Centennial Parthenon Pavilion. In 2014, Morgan joined Belmont Village Senior Living as an Activity Assistant and then moved on to Donelson Place Care & Rehabilitation Center Signature HealthCare as a Quality of Life Director. Morgan continues their role as a Quality of Life Director at Signature Healthcare since 2015. Morgan has experience in creating and facilitating therapeutic groups and working with individuals of various age groups.

Morgan Cothron completed their educational journey from 2009 to 2013 at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, majoring in Education, Health and Human Sciences with a specialization in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy. Prior to that, they attended Wilson Central High School. Additionally, Morgan has a certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist from NCTRC.
