Susan Vick

Susan Burch Vick has extensive experience in rehabilitation services, currently serving as the Rehab Services Manager at Signature Healthcare since April 2019 and as the Director of Rehabilitation at Saber Healthcare Group since August 2016. Previously, Susan held various roles at RehabCare from 2011, including PTA, Program Director, and Rehab Manager, managing daily operations of rehab departments in long-term care facilities. Prior to that, Susan worked at Select Medical from 1988 to 2011 as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Center Manager, and Manager of Clinical Operations, focusing on patient care, staffing, and compliance with Medicare guidelines. Susan earned an Associate's Degree in Applied Science, Physical Therapy Assistant from Nash Community College between 1988 and 1991, and attended the University of NC at Wilmington from 1984 to 1985.
