Kate Gee is currently a Partner at Signature Litigation, specializing in complex, high value and cross border disputes, particularly in relation to civil fraud and asset tracing claims. Prior to joining Signature Litigation, Kate was a Senior Associate at Allen & Overy for over 12 years, where Kate focused on commercial litigation, banking, asset tracing, fraud, and trust disputes. Kate also gained experience at Barclays Bank and Battersea Legal Advice Centre as a Trainee secondee. Kate holds an MA (Ox Hons) in English Literature and German from the University of Oxford, and has completed additional education at Beijing Language and Culture University, College of Law, SOAS University of London, and BPP Law School.
