Paul Brehony

Paul Brehony is a Partner at Signature Litigation, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in complex multi-jurisdictional commercial and insolvency disputes, with a claimant-focused and investigative approach. In addition to this role, Paul serves as a Board Trustee for the Rebel Foundation, which promotes education for marginalized young women in India. Previously, Paul was a Partner at Stewarts, focusing on cross-border disputes and insolvencies, and held the position of Senior Lawyer and Head of the Commercial Litigation Group at PwC Legal, specializing in high-value insolvency cases. Paul began a legal career as an Associate at SJ Berwin and trained at Simmons & Simmons. Educational qualifications include a CPE/LSF from the College of Law and a 2.1 degree in History from King's College, London University.
