Tod Turley

Tod Turley has a multi-disciplined career in law, investments, management, and management consulting. Tod began their career as a local area network consultant while studying at the University of Utah (1982-1985) and the University of Southern California (1985-1988). Tod has held positions as a Managing Partner in two law firms and corporate officer positions as CEO, COO, General Counsel, and SVP Business Development in various operating companies. Tod has also served as a Board Member in a number of publicly and privately held companies. In 2019, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer of Signature Payments. From 2018-2017, they were Managing Partner of Turley Corporate Law Group and Director and Co-Founder of Magnelan. In 2013, they were Chairman of Merchant iQ and Managing Director of Seacus Advisors. In 2012, they were Director of Cordoba Minerals Corp. In 2005, they were Director of Wireless Advocates. In 2003, they were President and CEO and Director of Amerivon. In 2001, they were General Counsel of Nutrastar. In 1997, they were General Counsel and SVP Business Development of Prime Matrix Wireless.

Tod Turley attended the University of Utah from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a BA in Economics and a minor in French. Tod then attended the USC Gould School of Law from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a JD in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
