Breanne Schwalb

Breanne Schwalb is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in talent management and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Experience at Signature Performance, Inc. since September 2025, Breanne previously held various roles at Scooter's Coffee from October 2016 to March 2025, including Project Manager, Brand Manager for the Retail Channel, and Retail Marketing Strategist. There, Breanne led significant marketing initiatives, such as overseeing sponsorships and developing campaigns for over 800 franchise locations to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Earlier career experience includes supporting marketing and operational efforts at Complete Real Estate Group and UNICO Group, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
