Penny Eilders

Penny Eilders has over 18 years of experience in contract administration and management. Penny currently serves as the Director of Contracts Administration at Signature Performance, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager, Contracts at the same company from November 2020 to June 2021. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as the Manager of Government Contracts at Health Net Federal Services. Before that, they worked as a Business Process Consultant at Health Net of California from 2011 to 2015. Penny also has experience as a Senior Contract Administrator at both Health Net Federal Services and NEC from 2008 to 2011 and 2007 to 2008, respectively. Penny began their career as a Contract Administrator at Aerometals from 2005 to 2007 and as a Senior Logistics Program Administrator at HR Textron from 2003 to 2005.

Penny Eilders holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management (BSBA/BM) from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Masters Academy in Government Contracting from George Mason University in August 2022.
