Shasta Johnson

Shasta Johnson has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Shasta currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Transformation at Signature Performance, Inc. where they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of PMO at the same company from March 2020 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for defining project management methodology, developing processes and standards, ensuring project goals were met, and implementing effective project management processes.

Before joining Signature Performance, Inc., Shasta worked at Complete Medical Solutions as the Vice President of Government Operations from January 2016 to March 2020. In this role, they oversaw overall project delivery, managed relationships with clients and stakeholders, and organized project initiatives to align with company objectives. Shasta also served as an FBCS Project Manager at the same company from January 2008 to January 2016.

Prior to their time at Complete Medical Solutions, Shasta held the position of Vice President at Girlyz Clothing Co. from October 2006 to April 2007. Shasta also owned and operated their own small business, Sick Racing, from April 2002 to September 2006.

Additionally, Shasta has experience as an Auditor/Consultant at VISTA REVENUE SOLUTIONS CORPORATION from February 2005 to April 2006. Shasta also worked at Quadramed Corporation, where they served as the Director of Compliance & Quality Assurance from February 2004 to June 2005, and as an Operations Manager from August 1993 to February 2004.

Shasta Johnson's education history includes multiple degrees from San Diego Miramar College. From 1989 to 1991, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Soviet Studies, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and English Language and Literature. Additionally, from 1998 to 2000, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management.

In terms of certifications, Shasta has obtained various professional credentials. In 2012, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Shasta also holds certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, as well as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org. In 2021 and 2022, Shasta obtained certifications including Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR).
