Samantha Ross

Samantha Ross, PMP has a diverse work experience. Samantha has been working at Workplace Options since 2012, where they have held various roles. Samantha started as a Research and Referral Specialist, ensuring accurate and confidential referrals for large corporations. Samantha then became a Team Coach, supporting a team of consultants and performing audits to maintain quality standards. Samantha then became a Team Lead, managing a team and contributing to the development of new products and standards. Later, they served as a Global Implementation Manager, working directly with clients to implement products and services globally. Samantha was promoted to the position of Director of Global Implementation, where they continued to oversee implementation efforts. Currently, Samantha holds the role of Vice President of Implementation and Project Operations, where they lead the implementation and operations teams.

Prior to their tenure at Workplace Options, Samantha worked as a Pool Manager at North Carolina State University, where they supervised a staff and ensured a safe and pleasant environment for patrons. Samantha also had an internship at North Raleigh Pool Management Company, where they managed lifeguards, created schedules, and maintained paperwork.
