Madison Meyer, MT-BC, currently serves as an Activities Therapist at Signature Psychiatric Hospital since June 2023. Previously, Madison completed a Music Therapy Internship at University Health Behavioral Health New Frontiers from June 2022 to December 2022 and participated in a Music Therapy Practicum at Brookdale Leawood State Line from January 2021 to May 2021, co-leading group music therapy sessions focused on memory and communication goals. Madison earned a Master of Music Therapy degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from August 2020 to May 2023 and holds dual Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in Music Theory and Composition and Psychology from William Jewell College, completed in May 2020.

By using the science and art of behavioral health care, the majority of our patients leave better. Our services are located on the campuses of Liberty and NKC Hospitals. We have 72-beds for acute inpatient care, including our PTSD and geriatric programs. In addition we see approximately 150 outpatients each month in our partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.
