In their current position as the Head of Client Success & Development at Signature Recruitment, they lead the client success and development team. REBECCA is also the Business Coach & Founder of Elevatus Coaching, where they provide coaching services. Previously, they worked as a Business Mentor at Help to Grow at LSBU, assisting small businesses in developing their leadership skills.

Rebecca Cooper began studying Learning and Development at CIPD Qualifications from 2018 to 2019. REBECCA has also obtained additional certifications such as the Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring, ABM Introduction in Business Mentoring, Employee Experience, Employer Branding to Attract Talent, and Skills for Inclusive Conversations from various institutions including ILM and LinkedIn, with completion years ranging from 2021 to 2023.
