Rebecca Cooper has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In their current position as the Head of Client Success & Development at Signature Recruitment, they lead the client success and development team. REBECCA is also the Business Coach & Founder of Elevatus Coaching, where they provide coaching services. Previously, they worked as a Business Mentor at Help to Grow at LSBU, assisting small businesses in developing their leadership skills.

Prior to that, Rebecca held multiple roles at PROJECTUS, including VP of People & Development and Engagement & Talent Director. REBECCA also served as the Talent Development Manager at HR GO Recruitment, where they established a training function and played a key role in supporting businesses nationally.

Earlier in their career, Rebecca worked as a Manager at Randstad Financial & Professional, and as the Head of Division - Finance & Accounting at Signature Recruitment. REBECCA also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at Randstad UK and as a Consultant at Robert Half International and Martin Ward Anderson.

Rebecca Cooper began studying Learning and Development at CIPD Qualifications from 2018 to 2019. REBECCA has also obtained additional certifications such as the Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring, ABM Introduction in Business Mentoring, Employee Experience, Employer Branding to Attract Talent, and Skills for Inclusive Conversations from various institutions including ILM and LinkedIn, with completion years ranging from 2021 to 2023.
