Halim Dhanidina

Halim Dhanidina is a legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration, education, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Neutral at Signature Resolution and an Arbitrator at the American Arbitration Association, Dhanidina also holds the position of Independent Director at Fidelity National Financial. Previously, Dhanidina was a Partner at Werksman Jackson & Quinn LLP and Umberg Zipser LLP, and an Associate Justice at the California Court of Appeal, where over 800 appeals were heard and more than 300 opinions were authored. Dhanidina has contributed to legal education as a Lecturer at UCLA School of Law and UC Irvine School of Law, as well as an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University School of Law. Educational qualifications include a JD from UCLA School of Law, a BA in International Relations from Pomona College, and a Certificate in Corporate Governance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
