Andy Salgar is an experienced executive in operations, currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at Signature Retirement Living since October 2025. Prior roles include Executive Director of Operations at COGIR Real Estate and General Manager overseeing multiple properties at Sienna Senior Living. Andy has a strong background in food and beverage operations, demonstrated during tenure as Director Of Food & Beverage/Operations at Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown, as well as expertise in sales and marketing from the position of Director of Sales Marketing at Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies in Healthcare Leadership at the University of Toronto and degrees in Hospitality/Marketing Management and Accounting from Chichester College and G.U. University, respectively.
