With a decade of experience in executive search, Nancy has focused on executive level and management positions within a variety of industries for clients nationwide in both for profit and non-profit organizations.
Prior to executive search, she worked in general management and national account sales for a global leader in the transportation and logistics industry where her clients included Fortune Top Ten companies. She has also worked with small and medium size privately held businesses.
She is focused on finding the right connection for both the client and candidate throughout the search process. Meetings with the leadership team to truly understand their culture and talent needs are essential at the beginning of a search.
