Teresa Wick

Teresa Wick is an experienced registered nurse with a strong background in emergency care and nursing education. Current employment at SignatureCare Emergency Center began in April 2020. Previously, Teresa served as a clinical instructor at Houston Baptist University and a clinical nurse mentor at Houston Methodist Hospital, focusing on the education of new nurses in the emergency department. Teresa's nursing career includes roles at Houston Methodist, Harris Health System, and Memorial Hermann Health System, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive patient care, clinical leadership, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Academia was further pursued through a Master's degree in Nursing Education from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
