Kasia Sadowska

Kasia Sadowska has a diverse range of work experience. Kasia currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer at SignD Identity GmbH since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the same company from October 2020 to March 2021.

In terms of event management, they worked as Event Staff at Startup Live Global from March 2022 to June 2022, and at Female Founders in May 2022. Additionally, they served as a Community Manager at Female Founders from October 2021 to November 2021, where they oversaw and coordinated the talent teams, mentors, and coaches in a challenge area.

Furthermore, Kasia Sadowska has experience in volunteer coordination. Kasia worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at WomenTech Network from March 2021 to July 2021.

In the field of communication and operations, they served as a Communication Manager at DAAA | Digital Asset Association Austria from July 2020 to June 2021. Additionally, they have worked as a Project Management Consultant for the ESTIEM Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course from June 2019 to August 2019, where they defined project scope and budget, collaborated with partners, and gained knowledge about Lean Six Sigma.

Kasia Sadowska has a strong education background. Kasia obtained their Master's degree in Management Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, completing their studies from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they acquired a Bachelor's degree in Mechanic and Machines Design from the same institution, graduating between 2012 and 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Kasia has also pursued various certifications and courses to enhance their skills and knowledge. Kasia has obtained certifications in GDPR Compliance: Essential Training, Quality Management Foundations, GROUP DYNAMICS from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, Sustainability Strategies, and Introduction to ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance. These certifications were acquired in 2023.

Furthermore, they have completed the Y Combinator Summer Startup School in 2022 and the Entrepreneurship Avenue Skills Labs in the same year. Kasia also acquired the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and completed courses in Robust Scrum Product Owner and Scrum from Udemy in 2020. Additionally, they have completed the SQL The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2021: Go from Zero to Hero course from Udemy in 2021.

Moreover, Kasia pursued a German Language Course from Babbel in 2020 and holds a valid Driving License (Category B) from the Polish Driving License, which is valid in the European Union (UE).
