Carmen Leschuk

Carmen Leschuk has a diverse background in business development and strategic planning within the healthcare industry. Carmen started their career as a Pathology Manager in the USAF from 1994 to 2000. Carmen then worked as a Pathology Manager at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland from 2001 to 2008. After that, Carmen held various roles focused on strategic development and alliances, including Director of Strategic Development at Asterand from 2008 to 2010 and Vice President of Strategic Alliances at AdeptBio, LLC from 2011 to 2012. Carmen also worked as a Genomics and Esoteric Testing Specialist at Quest Diagnostics from 2010 to 2011. In addition, Carmen has experience in business development and consulting, serving as a Business Development Director at Chi Solutions, Inc. from 2013 to 2015 and as a Director of Business Development at ERDMAN from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Signet Health since 2018, focusing on the identification and implementation of psychiatric and addiction treatment services in healthcare systems.

Carmen Leschuk earned their MBA in Business from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their degree, Carmen also holds several certifications. Carmen obtained their HT (ASCP) certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology in December 1999. Carmen also earned the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Breakthrough Management Group in June 2005. Finally, they received the EDAC certification from the Center of Healthcare Design in December 2015.
