Craig Kistler is an experienced professional in user experience, personalization, and eCommerce strategies, currently serving as Senior Director of Personalization & Experimentation at Signet Jewelers since September 2012. Kistler has received prestigious accolades, including the 2022 Personalization Thought Leadership Winner and the 2018 Markie Award for Best Testing and Optimization. Kistler's career includes founding Strategy and Design Co., where consulting work focuses on enhancing eCommerce revenue, and operating Small Farm Design as a freelance design studio.
