Ebony Yeboah-Amankwah

Ebony Yeboah-Amankwah currently serves as the Vice President of Ethics, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management at Signet Jewelers since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ebony held several positions at FirstEnergy, including Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Ethics Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing legal affairs and serving on the executive management team of one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S. Ebony's extensive experience at FirstEnergy also includes roles as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary & Chief Ethics Officer, as well as Vice President, Corporate Secretary & Chief Ethics Officer, where significant contributions were made to corporate compliance and governance. Earlier legal practice was conducted at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP, focusing on corporate financing transactions. Ebony earned a Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Jefferson College.
