Gennady Kaganer

Gennady Kaganer currently serves as the Vice President of Quality Engineering and MarTech at Signet Jewelers since May 2024. Prior to this role, Gennady held various positions at Charles Schwab from April 2011 to January 2024, including Director of Software Engineering, where oversight of a 50-member team and a $15 million budget was integral to supporting financial applications, as well as leading efforts in microservices architecture and compliance. Additional experience includes serving as Sr Manager Software Applications Engineer and Sr Technical Manager at Charles Schwab, and IT Manager of Quality Assurance at MDC Holdings, contributing to an ERP system implementation. Gennady's career began at Standard & Poor's, where leadership in QA for financial software projects was notable. Gennady holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Regis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baruch College.
