Jillian Murphy

Jillian Murphy is a dedicated operations professional with extensive experience in the jewelry industry, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Operations for Signet Services Washington since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jillian spent over 15 years at Blue Nile, progressing through various positions including Manager of New Product, where responsibilities included managing supply chain resources, vetting vendors, and improving product quality metrics. Jillian's background also includes experience as a jeweler and buyer at MJB Jewelers, as well as various jewelry-making roles at multiple companies. Jillian holds an Associate's degree in Metal and Jewelry Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
