Madhura Deshpande

Madhura Deshpande is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital shopping, sales, and product management. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Shopping & Sales at Signet Jewelers since September 2020, Madhura also holds the position of DFW Co-chair for Women in Product since May 2021 and is the Founder & CEO of DuéPasti. Previous roles include Director of Digital Product & Marketing at 7-Eleven, and various managerial positions at Capital One, where responsibilities included digital product management and analytics, as well as marketing and digital product management at FedEx. Madhura holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from University College of Engineering, Osmania University.
