Reginald Johnson

Reginald Johnson is a seasoned legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for North American Field Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer at Signet Jewelers since April 2017, Reginald also holds a position as Board Member and Nominations Chair for the Black in Jewelry Coalition since September 2020. Previously, Reginald worked as Assistant General Counsel at Family Dollar from January 2011 to April 2017, managing the Employment Litigation Team, and served as Senior Counsel at Tyson Foods from August 2007 to January 2011. Reginald's earlier roles include Chair of the Young Lawyers Division at the National Bar Association and Of Counsel at Spencer Fane. Reginald earned a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
