Sam Townsend

Sam Townsend, PMP, CSM, currently serves as Agile Domain Manager at Signet Jewelers, where responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on initiatives and resolving issues raised by the Agile Delivery Manager. Previously, as E-Commerce Delivery Lead at Signet Jewelers, Sam managed IT project lifecycles for a 20-person team, ensured delivery targets were met, and coached staff while overseeing a budget of $2 million. Prior roles include Project Manager at Comcast, where Sam transitioned UX projects to an Agile environment and managed multiple simultaneous projects, and at SapientRazorfish, Sam led a Development/UX team in delivering significant projects. Sam's early experience at American Achievement Corporation involved managing e-commerce projects that generated substantial revenue increases. Sam holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas - Permian Basin.
