Holly Colson

Holly Colson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in developing and managing comprehensive HR platforms across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Signet, LLC since March 2020, Holly focuses on organizational development, culture, compliance, and training. Prior to this role, Holly was the Director of Human Resources & Workforce Development at MIELKE from June 2015 to March 2020, overseeing all HR functions, including performance management and employee engagement. Holly's career at Swagelok spanned 18 years, during which various roles were held, culminating as an HR Project Manager while also working as a Personnel Administrator and Training Specialist. Holly holds a Master’s degree in Consumer-Industrial Psychology from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Liberty University.
