Ricky Aston is an experienced manufacturing and production manager with a career spanning over two decades in the food industry. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager and previously as Production Manager at Signet since November 2021, Ricky was instrumental in enhancing production processes at Campbell Arnott's, holding roles such as Production Team Manager and Business Improvement Specialist from May 2015 to November 2021. Prior experience includes Bakery Operations Manager at Abe's Real Bagels and various managerial and supervisory roles at Goodman Fielder, a leading food company in the Asia Pacific region. Ricky holds a NZQA Certificate 4 in Bread Making, has completed Six Sigma Green Belt training, and has pursued further education in Python programming.
