Ricardo Rosales

Ricardo Rosales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Enterprise Information Management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Managing Director for the Americas at Syniti since 2007. Ricardo has held various leadership roles at Syniti, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of the Life Sciences Practice, where strategic direction was provided to executives and teams on key data initiatives. Notable contributions include successful data migration projects for major clients such as Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Myers Squibb, along with management of data governance implementations for companies like Huntsman International and Westinghouse Electric. Prior to joining Syniti, Ricardo worked as an ERP Business Systems Analyst/Developer at Grainger, focusing on data quality reporting. Eduardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
