Amir Shafiq Khan

Amir Shafiq Khan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in plant management and operations within the lighting manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Plant Manager for Signify China, overseeing the Yizheng and Shanghai plants, Amir has been instrumental in leading the transformation of one of the largest and most diverse lighting plants globally. Amir's prior roles at Philips included Director of Operations for Digital Projection, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations for Digital Projection Lamps and Drivers in China, and earlier positions focused on operations leadership, lean transformation, and project management. Amir's career at Philips spans over two decades, beginning with roles in project management and manufacturing management, including the successful execution of a significant factory build in China. Amir holds a BS in mechanical engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
