Berthold Zeep, Ph.D., is currently the Commercial Excellence Leader for Consumer NAM & NOLA/Mx at Signify. They previously held various roles at Philips Lighting, including Business Transformation Director and Integral Project Manager, where they led significant projects in innovative lighting products. Berthold also worked as a Scientist at Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe and a Researcher on a DAAD scholarship at the National Institute of Materials Science in Japan. They earned a Ph.D. in Microsystems Engineering from Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg im Breisgau and are currently pursuing a Diplom in Mineralogy/Materials Science at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
