Caroline Yap

Caroline Yap is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and regional marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Management for Luminaires and WiZ at Signify since May 2021, Caroline previously held significant roles at Philips, where responsibilities included Regional Marketing Director and Senior Regional Marketing Manager for both Kitchen Appliances and Health & Wellness in the APAC region. Prior to Philips, Caroline worked at Danone as Marketing Manager and Head of Innovation, and at Reckitt Benckiser, where roles included Global Project Champion and Senior Brand Manager. Caroline's career began at Fonterra as an Assistant Brand Manager, showcasing a strong foundation in brand management and marketing strategy.
