Darpan Agrawal serves as the Chief Financial Officer for South East Asia at Signify, where responsibilities include managing P&L and balance sheets for key lighting markets, alongside overseeing financial activities such as Business Partnering, Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, and Taxation. With a robust career that began at Philips, Darpan has held various strategic roles including Director of FP&A for Philips HealthTech in Asia Pacific, where leadership involved driving financial performance and margin management across 11 countries generating €700M in revenue. Darpan’s experience also encompasses managing finance transformation initiatives, leading FP&A teams, and advising on business decision-making through financial KPIs, supported by a foundational education in Chartered Accountancy and Commerce.
