Diogo Pereira Nunes

Diogo Pereira Nunes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly within the technology and innovation sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel (Director) at Signify since February 2016, Diogo is responsible for legal counselling for Genlyte Solutions and Signify's OEM and Conventional businesses in North America. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel leading M&A and Joint Venture projects globally and providing legal support for R&D and new business development. Before joining Signify, Diogo held positions at Philips, contributing legal expertise to Philips Research and managing corporate and financial law matters. Additionally, experience as a PhD researcher and lecturer at Tilburg University and a visiting lecturer at the University of Düsseldorf underscores a strong academic foundation, complemented by a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law.
