Werner van der Heijden

Werner Van der Heijden is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in executive recruitment and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Executive Search Services Europe at Signify since May 2018, Werner oversees all recruitment and employer branding activities for the company, which is the successor to Philips Lighting. Previous roles include Head of Executive Recruitment at Amazon and Partner positions at SHIKAR Group and KornFerry. Additionally, Werner held senior HR roles at Honeywell and TNT Express, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Ghent University and postgraduate studies in Change Management and Business Management from University of Amsterdam and Vlekho, respectively.
