Eduardo Moragrega is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and strategic advisory roles across Latin America. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for LATAM at Signifyd, Eduardo focuses on enterprise merchant retention and growth. In addition, Eduardo is an Investor and Advisor at Grupo PROMESA, which promotes environmental solutions through educational campaigns. Previous roles include Head of Engagement at Mercado Libre, Sales Director at AlphaCredit, and leadership positions at PayPal, where significant contributions were made to customer satisfaction and business growth.
