Melissa Casini

Melissa Casini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Signifyd since November 2022, Melissa previously held the role of Sr. Customer Success Manager. As Co-Owner and Project Manager at Woodmont Property Group LLC, Melissa oversees the remodeling and leasing of multi-family investment properties. In prior roles at Stova, Melissa progressed from Account Manager to Director of Strategic Initiatives, where efforts led to the establishment of a client advisory board and significant team expansion. Additional experiences include positions at Clarus Marketing Group, Meltwater Group, Conde Nast, and The Coca-Cola Company, showcasing a solid foundation in account management, client relations, and brand development. Melissa holds a BA in Journalism and Marketing from Quinnipiac University.
