Trinity Malito

Trinity Malito, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Currently, Trinity serves as the Director of HR Business Partnerships at Signifyd, a position they assumed in July 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Manager of HR Business Partnerships at Signifyd from January to July 2023. Trinity also served as a Senior HR Business Partner for Research and Development at Signifyd from May 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Signifyd, Trinity worked at ActiveCampaign, where they held multiple HR roles. Trinity was a Human Resources Business Partner for Technology and Product from March to May 2021 and previously served as an Employee Experience Manager from September 2020 to March 2021. Trinity held the position of Senior People Generalist from April 2019 to September 2020 and began their journey at ActiveCampaign as a People Generalist from February 2018 to April 2019. Additionally, they started as a Human Resources Specialist at ActiveCampaign in July 2017 and stayed until February 2018.

Prior to their time at ActiveCampaign, Trinity worked at UI LABS, an innovation accelerator focused on manufacturing and infrastructure. Trinity served as a Human Resources Associate from June 2016 to July 2017 and began their career as a Human Resources Intern from June 2015 to June 2016. Before UI LABS, Trinity gained experience as a Hospitality Intern from April 2015 to June 2015.

Trinity's early work experience includes a role as an Office Assistant at DePaul University's School of Accountancy from August 2014 to August 2015. Trinity provided support with budget reconciliation, technical support, and clerical duties. Additionally, Trinity worked as an Attorney at Paw at Barker and Meowsky: A Paw Firm from May 2013 to March 2014.

Trinity Malito holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management (HR Management) and Hospitality Leadership (Event Coordinating + Leadership) from DePaul University, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Trinity obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in February 2017 and the ServSafe certification from ServSafe in March 2015.
