Sadiya C A is a skilled Bioinformatics Analyst with experience in handling next-generation sequencing (NGS) based commercial bioinformatics projects at MEDGENOME since July 2022. Sadiya is involved in various analyses including RNAseq, WGS, and metagenomics, and specializes in customized pipeline development and client interaction. Prior to this role, Sadiya worked at theraCUES from March 2021 to July 2022 focusing on NGS and Nanostring analysis, and served as a Research Associate in Bioinformatics at RGCS from September 2020 to March 2021. Sadiya holds a Master of Science degree in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, both from Union Christian College, Aluva.
