Andy Greig Mraes

Andy Greig MRAeS has a diverse and extensive career in aviation spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Training Captain for B737-800 at Jet2.com since September 2016, Greig also holds positions as an Aviation Advisor at Signol and as Founder of Aerial Imaging Resources, both established in April 2020 and July 2018 respectively. As a Commercial Drone Pilot Instructor/Examiner at Flyby Technology since May 2018, Greig complements a robust background that includes experience as a Captain for multiple B747 variants at Cathay Pacific Airways (2003-2016) and as a First Officer at various airlines. Greig’s military experience with the Royal Air Force and Royal Air Force Reserve highlights a specialization in fast jet operations, flight instruction, and aviation management. Academic achievements include an MSc in Air Safety Management from City, University of London and a BSc in Physics from The University of Edinburgh, focusing on areas such as fatigue management and operational risk.
