Claudia Dall'Ora

Claudia Dall'Ora is currently an HR specialist at Signor Prestito since January 2023, responsible for attendance control, payroll processing using the Zucchetti application, preparing contractual documentation, mandatory communications, and ensuring compliance with workplace training and health regulations. Previously, at GRUPPO UNISERVIZI from April 2022 to October 2022, Claudia worked as a human resources officer, focusing on personnel selection and providing support for attendance control and payroll processing. Claudia’s earlier experience includes serving as a project manager at Consorzio Gamma Servizi from October 2017 to April 2022, managing training programs funded by regional and interprofessional funds. Claudia initially gained experience as a human resources apprentice at the same organization and also served as an intern at Penta Formazione Srl, focusing on identifying training needs and client relations.
